Fusion Lab – Terms & Conditions
Section A – General Website & Store Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fusion Lab website (www.fusionlab.design), and any related services, communications, or products offered through it, including but not limited to UFaudiO-branded products.
In this document, the terms "Fusion Lab," "we," "our," or "us" refer to Fusion Lab and its subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized representatives, and business partners. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility & Consent: You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction, or you have obtained legal consent from a guardian to use this site. You agree not to use any content, services, or products offered through our site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
Pricing & Availability: All product prices are listed in United State Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. We retain the right to change, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at our sole discretion. In the case of post-purchase unavailability, we will notify you and issue a refund or suggest alternative arrangements.
Section B – Product Terms
All Fusion Lab products, including UFaudiO, are original designs developed in-house. UFaudiO is a 2.1-channel ambient audio system combining spatial acoustics, ambient lighting, and minimalist form factor for immersive listening.
Intellectual Property Protection: All designs, logos, graphics, text, and product concepts are the intellectual property of Fusion Lab. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, reverse engineering, modification, or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Non-Commercial Use Clause: Unless explicitly stated in a distribution agreement, all Fusion Lab products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Bulk resellers or commercial buyers must contact us for licensing or wholesale terms.
Voltage & Plug Compatibility: UFaudiO supports a wide voltage range (110V – 240V) and ships with a standard plug. If using internationally, customers are responsible for verifying voltage and plug compatibility in their region.
Product Depictions: We strive to display accurate colors and descriptions. However, screen settings may alter product appearance. Product images are for reference only.
Section C – Domestic and International Shipping
Shipping Accuracy: Customers must ensure that shipping details entered at checkout are complete and accurate. Fusion Lab will not be responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect address input.
Delivery Partners: For domestic deliveries, we partner with Chunghwa Post or equivalent services. For international orders, we may use cross-border logistics that hand off to local couriers (e.g., USPS for U.S. orders). A tracking number will be provided when available.
Tracking and Notifications: You may receive separate tracking numbers from different courier stages. Monitor your email, SMS, or courier apps for updates. Fusion Lab is not liable for missed notifications.
Duties & Taxes: Customs duties, VAT, and import-related charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Fusion Lab is not liable for delays or charges due to customs clearance procedures.
Risk After Dispatch: Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Fusion Lab will assist in tracking or filing claims where applicable.
Section D – Limitations of Liability
General Disclaimer: Fusion Lab and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
Electrical Safety Notice: While UFaudiO uses CE / FCC-certified components, the product as a whole is not yet certified under all global safety standards. Customers are responsible for verifying compliance with local electrical laws before use.
Assumption of Risk: By using our products, you acknowledge that improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or environmental conditions (e.g., exposure to moisture, voltage misuse) may result in damage or hazard. Fusion Lab assumes no liability in such instances.
Section E – Payment Terms
Secure Payments: All transactions are processed securely via Payuni or equivalent PCI-compliant gateways. Fusion Lab does not store or access your credit card data.
Billing Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Orders may be canceled if the payment is incomplete, declined, or flagged for fraud.
Section F – Damage During Delivery
Inspection Window: Customers must inspect their package upon receipt and report any transit damage within 7 calendar days by emailing kyle@fusion-lab.tech with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
Resolution Options: Valid damage claims will be eligible for a replacement with a nominal processing and shipping fee (ranging from USD $15 to USD $30 depending on severity). Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible.
Non-qualifying Claims: Minor surface marks or slight discoloration from product surface and assembly processes do not qualify as damage under this policy.
Section G – Lifetime Damage Replacement Policy
Fusion Lab offers a Lifetime Damage Replacement Policy for UFaudiO products, valid as long as Fusion Lab remains operational.
In the event of accidental damage, drops, or operational failure, you may submit a claim including your order number and high-quality photos. Based on assessment, a full or partial replacement will be offered for a fixed fee. Fusion Lab reserves the right to discontinue or revise this policy at any time.
